“Absolutely love these poles. Have done a test run with them on easy rolling trail and I can already tell they are going to let me run longer and prevent injuries on tired legs. Easy to get the technique if you bring both forward at once and relax into a slower pace. Every trail runner should own a pair - especially good if you are prone to overtraining injuries I would say. Also, incredibly light and easy to stow on a trail vest. I have added additional velcro straps to secure them on the vertical.”

“Bought for hillwalking and not running. Very well made and extremely light. Nice and short when folded. Used once so far on an 8hr and 23K mountain day and performed very well. Nice grip and strap. Comfortable to hold. Recommend.”

“I've owned the MK1 carbon Z poles for 18 months having used the BD version prior and I could tell the quality wasn't quite as good however this MK2 pole is like for like with the black diamond poles but much cheaper so great improvement in quality and design.”

“Very pleased with my new Helvellyn Pro Carbon Z-poles. I had the original model which were invaluable at helping me get around The Lap last year. The only slight annoyance I had (first world problems) was getting them in and out of my quiver. The new model has sorted this issue out a treat due to the slimmer size and for an amazing price. Received the usual A1 service from Harrier with the poles arriving soon after ordering. Can't recommend highly enough.”
