“I discovered a leak in my hydration bottle and contacted Harrier for a replacement. I had a response within 24 hrs and a replacement bottle was sent within a couple of days. Very helpful and fast customer service.”

“Had this for about 6 weeks when I noticed a split in the seam. I emailed harrier to explain what had happened and they sent a new one out in the post straight away. Brilliant service, would recommend to everyone”

“My flask was leaking so I contacted Harrier and they replaces the flask straight away. Can't fault the excellent customer service. All of the other products from Harrier have been excellent too. Will be using them in the future.”
