“Bought the Kinder 10L race vest as I've signed up to a 50 mile ultra in Lapland, so need a vest with volume to carry all my kit. I've taken it on a number of test runs now and have really put it through it's paces carrying all my race kit. I love how the vest material flexs so that I can store all my kit. The lovely thing about the vest is that it's adjustable while I'm running, so I can resize the vest to a snug fit as I work my way through my water bottles, bladder, and gels. The ties at the back snapped when I carried my poles (I think I wrapped them far too tightly), but the lovely peeps at Harrier sent me two new ties for free when I let them know what had happened. I now loop my poles through the bungee cord system at the back and the poles stay in place and I don't even notice them - the downside is that I'll have to take the vest off to get to them/store them, but that's no big deal. The very best thing about the vest is that when fully loaded, the weight is really well distributed, so I really don't feel like I'm carrying anything - allowing me to just concentrate on running. I have full confidence that this vest will serve me well come race day.”
