“Never had one of these before and it came as a freebie with my order. Didn`t know how to use one so found a Youtube video showing all the many, many ways. Yeah, I like it and use it. It`s that really fine stretchy material, so easy to shove in running shorts pockets when warmed up..or the opposite if you get hot and need a sweat band. Given it four( not five) because if I ever need another, I`d buy one that is just a little bit longer.”
