“I hate to do a negative review and this is just on the bottle.. I ordered 2 of these along with the big straws. Sadly 1 of my bottles had a leak and wouldn't seal so I got rather wet. That said I contacted Matt and he sent me a replacement immediately. So perfect customer service. I haven't yet tried the replacement one.”
