Relatively easy to fill, although the clip top can be fiddly and potentially easy to lose. The biggest problem I have is that the bite valve delivers a tiny volume when opened and sucked hard. I tried various things but nothing worked to improve the situation. I may have been doing something wrong, but I couldn't figure out what's wrong. However, I have found that a hose from another brand fits the port on the bladder and the bite valve delivers a greater volume per suck, so I am swapping over to that one. One other negative is that plain water drunk from the bladder tastes awful, but that's normal for all of these hydration systems. Once some sports drink mix is added, it doesn't quite as bad, although I do worry about the chemicals I might be ingesting.

Great water bladder, well made, seals perfectly with fold / sliding clip and has wide opening for easy cleaning. Long straw doesn't leak, flow managed by a twist and pull valve as well as the bite valve on the end. Fits really well in my Harrier Kinder 20l race vest with hanging loop in the bladder pocket to hold the bladder in place/prevent it slumping as it empties.

After I worked out how to take out the air pocket (it is my first bladder!) super easy to use and did not notice it was on my back at all.
