For the money they're the best poles on the market. Lightweight, easy to collapse and stow. The tips are solid and can take a real beating as well. The wrist strap is adjustable but is the only thing that I'd want changing. Over a long enough distance it will start to put pressure on your wrist. It's not bad but just something to keep in mind. It could do with being wider where the scaphoid meets the radius bone on the wrist to spread the load over a larger area. Don't let that deter you though they're amazing poles. I'm an absolute lump so when I drive down on the poles there is some flex but they have an amazing amount of rigidity. Unless you are bearing all your weight down hard on them you probably won't notice they're very stiff. The mudguards are great too, it doesn't allow them to get too deep. The shallow taper of the tips though does mean that in certain muddy conditions, the tips can get stuck and when you pull them the poles come slightly apart because of how they fold. If I could I'd make the tips have a slightly larger draft angle. Again though, could be just because I'm bigger meaning that the tips go in deeper. The sizing guide is spot on. The poles were the perfect length and the videos are great to get you started. You buy these today if you are considering getting them. They make easily a 20% gain in fatigue reduction.

I bought the pro z running poles and they arrived promptly, after 4 runs now they feel great and easy to assemble/disassemble while on the move and store away well, the quality and strength is great and should be hot to trott for years to come, I'm glad to see the hand loop instead of a glove style wrist hook which limits the hand height position, the price tag has been very welcoming, these poles will rival the more expensive better known poles.

Super lightweight yet study - were ideal companion on recent ultra in the Peak District where the terrain was varied but consistently saturated - literally couldn’t have completed it without them

I’m a bigger than most runners and there were a few times I had to put all my weight on them and they survived! Great product!

As these are my first set of Pole’s I was eagerly tracking their journey from the UK to regional Australia. It was totally worth the wait! I recently put them to the test on my usual 10km track that provides a punchy +425m worth of elevation. What won me over was that I was able to power through one of the uphill sessions without stopping for the first time ever. So comfortable to hold, very sturdy and light, and easy to click in once they were out. I hardly knew they were there once they were stowed away, and I thought surely these can't be legal! These poles really helped me keep my pace and breathe as I climbed. I can't wait to use them again and learn more about how to use them on the downhill (practice taking them on and off). With some big events coming up in the next few months, I'm stoked to get ready with my trusty poles by my side!
