I bought this so i could run with some water. Its perfect for carrying 300mls in a soft flask & has enough pouch storage for phone, keys & gels. Its the only waist bag I’ve tried that doesn’t bounce.

Perfect for shorter runs when I don’t want a full hydration vest.

Having been let down by other manufacturers I didn’t think twice to order this belt, great storage and again another great piece of kit from Harrier, designed by runners for runners.

Bought this mainly for trail running and races so I could carry the bare essentials with me. The material feels strong and well made and the space inside the bag itself is ideal for a phone, car key and snacks/gels. I did find it a bit tricky getting the soft flask in/out of its pouch but it's no major flaw in my eyes. Experienced a lot of bounce initially which comes from my inexperience with using them, but after placing it into the small of my back and properly tightening the strap (which I did notice come loose a few times during my run) it did improve. A grippier belt clip may help with the loosening issue. Overall though, it's a great product that feels well made and reliable, despite the loosening issue. Looking forward to using it in future trail runs!

I’m a size 8 and found this to be a little big (possibly because of the elastic being quite stretchy) so found it better to wear lower down. Good space and water bottle for slower and short runs.
