“I have been struggling to find a vest that fits when I heard of Harrier race vest. Being able to measure yourself and choosing the best fit is amazing. I got an XS and did 26m for my first trail run it. It fit like part of my skin and even forgot it was there. Lots of storage space as well. Definitely recommend and buying from a business that understands trail running even better.”

“My first (big brand) hydration vest recently broke and I already knew I wanted something much more useful, with pockets on the front and to the side. I did lots of research and stumbled across this brand in a Youtube review. I did more research by looking through the Harrier website and chose the Curbar vest. I am completely in love with it. So many pockets! It's mega comfortable, light, soft and fits me perfectly (UK female size 10, chose XS as per the website guide). I hardly know I am wearing. It's fab, so useful and despite being the smaller size of the two on offer holds a lot. It's certainly big enough for my long marathon training runs. I was please to buy from a UK brand, and when it arrived I was amazed the company was only 3 miles from me! A fantastic buy all round.”

“I've run with this a couple of times now and love it! Easy to adjust to fit. Soooo many pockets which makes it easy to take what you need with you. Very light and comfortable to wear. Great colour too. I bought it initially for half marathons and the Round Sheffield Run this summer, but have a feeling I'll wear it a lot for shorter runs too. A friend has also just bought one and loves hers too.”

“Really love my Harrier Curbar Race Vest; it made my first big run in six years so much easier and meant I could carry all of the items I required. Great fit, lovely colour, does the job successfully!!!”

“Used the size guide and a tape measure but it is too big (moved around a bit much). Should have just believed I was a size 8! Instead, my husband has a new race vest and he was very happy. No obvious place to easily slot a normal sized phone (for easy taking of photos whilst out and about). Resorted to the pocket in front of the water bottles and that works well. Zipped side pockets super easy to access whilst on the run. Slightly uncomfortable about the lack of a zip at the top of the large pocket. I ended up borrowing the XXS version from a relative and found it really comfortable. Ran with just a vest under it (warm conditions) and some tape on my shoulders prevented any rubbing. Lovely close fit and really impressed with this, and the price.”

“It’s an excellent vest, comfortable and wraps around your body in a way very similar to the Solomon Adv Skin but they’re just a few things I would like to see improved upon in future versions. The bottles don’t seem to stay in place despite the band you put around them unless there is something in the pocket below. The phone pocket is quite difficult to access when you have a bottle in the vest and it can be quite difficult to get the bottles into the pocket in the first place. That said I think for a first model, it’s an excellent vest and I’d recommend it to anyone needed this size vest. I particularly like that you can choose different colour bottles which makes it easy to mix up my electrolytes and the water bottles. The pole holding solution is the best I’ve seen and I like that the back pocket is Velcro fastened so easy access but keeps every unit secure”
