Great vest, bought for my husband and it fits him perfectly. Think I will be buying one for myself soon

Used a couple of times now, and am super impressed with this vest. Millions of pockets, space everywhere, and very comfy straight out of the box. Can't wait to be allowed to escape lockdown and put it to a proper test

Really well made product that gives bigger brands a run for their money, this is my second Harrier trail vest, bought a 5L last yesr but wanted a 10L for longer runs

Well designed - clearly by someone who runs - comfortable and sufficient capacity for a day on the hills

Now tested out during a 25 mile peak district run followed by a 15 mile very muddy run a few days later. I love this running vest. Didn't bounce stayed nice and snug no chafing. Its so comfortable that you almost don't notice you have it on. Loads of space for everything you need in the hills. The only thing I struggled with was once you have everything packed in its difficult to access your mobile phone in the zip pocket. Apart from this 1 thing I love love love this vest. Highly recommend

So far, so good. I ordered this vest after trying a couple of others and seeing reviews about this. I tend to pack heavy, so wanted a smaller vest to prevent this. I did have to ditch some non-essential kit to fit it all in, but there is certainly room for essential kit plus a bit extra. I also really liked the look of the front and side pockets. The amount you can get in these is incredible. I am slightly worried about chafing of the side pockets when I'm running in a vest top in summer, but in long sleeves now, it's no issue at all. I like how high the vest sits. I drink a lot when running, so like a bladder on board as well as at least one soft flask, so my previous packs have slipped down my back. This one didn't at all. This is possibly due to the amount of front storage I was able to utilise, so more balanced, but also the design itself I think. I was also a bit concerned that the only adjustment is the front straps, previous packs have adjusted at the side or back too, but on a mid length run today, it stayed snug and only a slight sloshing from the bladder as it neared empty, tightening those chest straps helped that. I will reserve full judgement until I have run with it less full, to see how well it adjusts. I love the side pockets aimed for your food, as I like a good selection of snacks. Plenty of food room there! I also really like how well elasticated the front pockets are, my last pack I often felt like stuff was going to fall out of the front pockets, as only one had a zip and the elastic was quite loose. Only one of these pockets has a zip but my kit felt very secure, even on slippery downhills. I will have to see if they stretch with use or hold their shape. I also like the idea of the number straps on the front, however haven't raced in the pack yet. I'm not sure if the number will stay secure with just the straps at the top, or if I will still need pins for the bottom as well, we will see! I also like the idea of the pole straps at the back, although wasn't a long enough run for poles today, so will try them next week. Overall, comfy, good size, great accessible and secure front pockets, with room in the back for enough essential kit. Hopefully duarble, as have been disappointed before in how well a far more expensive pack lasted (not very long!).

They say you can judge a company by the after sales service they provide. If so Harrier are up there with the best in my option. I ordered the Kinder 10L starter bundle and was really happy with the products when they arrived. The fit of the vest is spot on with pockets in all the right places for easy access to extra kit and food. That weekend I covered 15 miles in the Peak District in snow and rain and the vest was perfect. No rubbing and it held all my winter kit with ease. I did spot a slight issue with a small piece of stitching near one of the side zip pockets. I emailed Kate with a couple of pictures at 7pm and within 30 minutes I had a reply stating a replacement would be on the way next day and could I send my vest back so she can discuss with her manufacturer. So not only do I have great new running vest that I would recommend to any one but I also have confidence that Kate and her team really do care about their customers and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend than as a company to deal with.
