“As someone who used to be a fell runner, I bought this beastie to live in my rucsac just in case of the occasional wet day when out walking. Still believe in cutting weight as much as poss. The last few days have been nicely 'damp' to different degrees and so the kit has been recently and thoroughly tested. Windproof, obviously; pretty much waterproof, you never can tell what with condensation or with a spot of weather sneaking down an unprotected neck; but basically fine. I've never been a great believer in the G/Tex script so any slight dampness is never going to be a problem.”

“Simply superb! A great quality jacket at a great price. With all the different zip and button options you can fine tune the comfort of the jacket for whatever the situation is. I like my jacket so much I also bought one for my other half too.”

“Though it took awhile to come, I'm so happy, the jacket does everything it says on the tin, tried it in all weather's and it continues to impress me.. Closest thing to perfect.. Well done Harrier you have a fan for life”

“Nice comfy jacket, stretch material moves well, soft liner a nice touch. Water beads well from outer.Generally a really comfy fit, good looking jacket. Highly recommend”

“Firstly it's great that Harrier caters for larger runners. I wore my Dartmoor for the first time on a long run home from the office and I have mixed feelings. The XXL is huge, the arms are really long and it feels like there is a lot of excess material around the neck and hood area (yes hood can be adjusted I believe). I did try the XL and it was snug around my stomach, and I think it might have been uncomfortable to run in with additional layers. Looking forward to trying it out on the trail. Finding the pit vents with a pack on was a little tricky but with more use that wouldn't be a problem. I did get warm but after a downpour and the sun started going down I was thankful to have the jacket on. Can't complain too much at this price point, not sure if I'll order an XL when I lose more weight or try something else.”
