Not tested in the rain yet but it’s exactly what I wanted and for a great price when compared to the “big” names. It’s a well-thought out jacket, and great to be able to wear my vest/pack on the inside, even if it does make me look a little hunch-backed ;) The feel of the material is great and surprisingly warm given how thin it is. Also it’s the first jacket I’ve had where the hood actually fits my head well. A great purchase!

Pre-ordered this jacket back last year, knew there was going to be await. Received it early January. Communication was fantastic by the Harrier team via FB & emails regarding eta,'s. I am 5'8"in height and have 43.5inch chest with broad shoulders, so followed the size chard and went for the Large. When I tried it on it was tight across the chest and pull tight when moving your arms about and this was when I was only wearing a thin running t-shirt underneath. So sizing is on the small side. Followed Harriers return instructions and requested the XL, which came within days. This fitted much better and definitely so worth going up a size. First time wearing the jacket was in the dry, loved the 4 way stretch material which made it very comfortable to run in. The cuffs where loose and slipped off my wrists so made a slight alterations to both by taken then in to make them less loose, could really do with been about 30mm shorter in circumference. The front chest pocket, which I assume is a phone pocket? Would only be any good for smaller phones, anything bigger than an iPhone 11 just doesn't fit, it's even a squeeze for 1 gel tube, would be nice to see the pocket half the size again. Got to use the jacket again this weekend in a night trail run in North Devon at Baggy Point. The weather was cold, very muddy and the wind and rain was something else. The jacket performed perfectly, kept all the elements out and kept me warm & dry throughout the race. Would definitely recommend this jacket. Will definitely be buying the matching trousers when they are released. Thank you Harrier for another great product.

I was psyched to receive my pre-ordered Dartmoor running jacket! With the snow starting to fall and the temps in the Washington DC area starting to nose-dive, my new jacket arrived just in time. Opening that great looking Harrier box felt like a second Christmas. As I unpacked my gear the first thing I noticed was the feel of quality of the Dartmoor jacket, from the fabric to the design and features it just screams performance. And I’m happy to report that it performs as well as it looks. After two runs in sub-20 degree weather along the Potomac River, I can safely say the Dartmoor wicks moisture like a champ, and it keeps the icy wind and rain at bay. It’s my new go-to outer shell, can’t wait to see how it performs on longer runs this season!
