“Amazing customer service. Emailed Harrier with pictures of my damaged pole (stuck in the snow, cable snapped), who quickly responded saying that it was still covered by the 1-year warranty. Sent the item back through the returns portal (easy to use), and recevied my replacement pole within a week. Thank you Harrier!”
