“I can’t fault this company in any way. Their products are high quality but still reasonably priced, and customer service is second to none. I bought some Harriet cat bells folding poles , which are really great but unfortunately one of them seemed to have a faulty locking catch. I contacted Harrier and Kate from there replied and told me that they were sending me a replacement and keep the other one for spares if ever needed. My partner and I have now had a few items from Harrier and couldn’t be more pleased with what we’ve received. Great business.”
