“Not the best set of poles I've ever bought but they are usable. They collapse well, stow away easily and, for aluminium poles, are quite light. Unfortunately, the handle itself can be pulled off the poles themselves and, when the metal is cold, the individuals egments are inclined to stick together and the locking stud can be awkward to release.”

“Light weight, fold up small to pack in vest or even my waist belt and simple to use, easy set up. So much better than my old heavy poles for trail runs. Great price and light enough to run with and can store on the move. Very happy with purchase.”
