Great value and very easy to use and set up. Worked well on a long weekend running and hiking in the Alps. They just work!

Really sturdy, easy to set up and lighter than I expected for entry level poles. Very happy!

I purchased the Catbells poles to help me with a trail marathon. I only managed to test them once before the event. They are so light! I carried them the whole time, folded up for the first 10km, then out ready to help. As the entry level poles they are exactly what I need with breaking the budget.

My first time trying poles, I'm still getting used to them but I find them easy to set up and comfy to hold. They will definitely help with my first ultra!

I’m about to climb Ben Nevis and bought these poles on recommendation from a friend. They arrive quickly, folder super small which is one of my main criteria and are very light to carry when not using. The colours are lovely and they have improved my hillwalking training no end. I did need to tension the clamps as I had them set so they were easy to open to quickly adjust the height of the pole. This did me no favours when descending a hill and one pole gave way! – but only because the clamp hadn’t been tightened sufficiently(user error). I look forward to using the free gift which was a lovely touch too.

These poles are excellent - the best I have used by a country mile. They are beautifully balanced and extremely stable under load - none of the ominous creaking that I have experienced with other poles (sadly I still creak as ominously as ever though!)
