“I’m new to this style of hydration, but it only took one run and some fiddling to get the tube set up. Supplies with plenty of tube to cut down to the right size. The push-pull lock is very useful. Doesn’t leak. I have to be sure not to pull it out of the bottle, as it’s just friction-fit in the lid, but it doesn’t just fall out.”
