Hi David, thats bizarre. I've had a look in our emails and can't find any messages from you about this, you should have emailed. It's not likely to be the product itself, otherwise it wouldn't stream at all, it's likely to be the wireless antenna on your hearing aid. Email us direct (you should have done that in the first place) and we'll see what we can do to help you...A bit of troubleshooting and I'm sure we can get to the bottom of the issue.
