Filters were just right for my Phonak hearing aids The filters did not come with the removal tool ! Over priced for what they are, hence only 3 * review.

Hi Dan, Phonak have not supplied the removal tool for a year or two now, we should have amended the picture. I'll try tom source an image that reflects that. As for the fact they are overpriced, I have to ask, if you felt that why did you purchase? Regards, Paul

Buyer beware - not as shown in the image. Buying this product will ONLY get you the weather protectors, loose in a plastic bag - not the stylus or original packaging. I ordered from HAB despite it being more expensive than elsewhere because I thought I would get the stylus as well.

Hi Justin, we ship what we are sent. I've just had a look at what we have on the shelf, and the short ones don't have a stylus, the long ones do. The original packaging has gone too. This is how Phonak send them to us now. We can send you a stylus if you need one, just email us directly and we'll fix that for you. No subterfuge on our part...simply Phonak changing their packing rules I guess... Regards, Paul
