The performance is great. The only drawback is the challenge of linking the Signia app into the trio of TV, hearing aids and the module. Turned out you have to disconnect the Bluetooth connection from the hearing aid on the app - then everything works fine.

Very easy to set up. It works fine and does what it says on the tin. Certainly there is a great benefit in that I no longer have to have the sound up high to the annoyance of my wife. Also I can still hear her speak unlike when I was using earbuds. This is more suitable but on the down-side it is sadly very expensive for what it is.

When it is working, it is great. However, frequently disconnects. Signia app on phone, hearing aids and streaming device all have to work together simultaneously. I suspect it is Bluetooth from app on phone to hearing aids and streaming device but not sure. But quite annoying to continually restart bluetooth connection.

Fairly basic product, but does the job. No on/off switch, paired easily second time with latest Signia BCT Hearing aids (had to use reset button underneath, which is not mentioned in instructions). Stable bluetooth connection. I personally have found that when using the signia app, it is better to just change the program to TV setting, and then back to universal when finished streaming, rather than use the streaming icon on the app to start or pause, I found this control unreliable. I also found turning off the Calls & Audio feature on phone, gave a far more stable streaming connection. Audiologist will probably need to adjustto your hearing, via the Telecare app.
