“Fairly basic product, but does the job. No on/off switch, paired easily second time with latest Signia BCT Hearing aids (had to use reset button underneath, which is not mentioned in instructions). Stable bluetooth connection. I personally have found that when using the signia app, it is better to just change the program to TV setting, and then back to universal when finished streaming, rather than use the streaming icon on the app to start or pause, I found this control unreliable. I also found turning off the Calls & Audio feature on phone, gave a far more stable streaming connection. Audiologist will probably need to adjustto your hearing, via the Telecare app.”
