Hello Amy, the listing is for tubes, domes are listed elsewhere on our website and it actually states this on the listing. In fact on the listing it links to the domes you can purchase. There are variations of domes based on size and type. The listing also states the hearing is not included! Based on your comment we would need to supply the hearing aid as well... which we don't....
