“This is a double-edged review. These tubes only just pass muster. The screw mounting is very fiddly to undo (to allow cleaning of the tubes), so that you can often damage the tube. In addition, the sports-lock is very poor, usually curling up within a few days, making it pretty useless. I've already complained to ReSound, but the only response is a metaphorical shrug of the shoulders. My order for these tubes was actually to give me a couple of spares in case of inadvertent damage.”

Hi Jonathan, unfortunately we can only supply what ReSound supply us with, the genuine manufacturers product. I'm a bit puzzled though, we supply a lot of this product and yours is the first relatively negative comment we have come across for these tubes, most folks seem to rate the product. Regards Paul
