“These guard wax are critical to the maintenance of my hearing. However they are in opinion of poor quality (given the price). For two reason. First you never know how many are left in the case. The case should be transparent so you know how many there are left. Secondly quite often the little white wax guard stick is difficult to withdraw from the case often leaving the wax guard in the case with you holding a useless stick. If I could buy an alternative I would. Mike Evans”

Hi Mike, curious. It's the first comment I've heard like this for cerustops. Maybe you had a faulty pack or something. We supply a few hundred packs of cerustops a month and we haven't had any reports from other customers about this at all. We use them ourselves regularly when dealing with our local clients and I've never seen the cerustops being left in the dispenser. I'd expect to pull the stick out and see a cerustop on the end, and then throw the stick away once used. That way you would know how many cerustops you had left by the number of sticks in the dispenser. Can you email us directly and let us know if this is related to the one order. Regards, Paul
