Hi Dennis, you ordered power domes which is what we sent. We do ask you to check carefully that you know what you are ordering, we can only send you what you order and hope that you have chosen correctly, perhaps taken advice from us or your hearing professional if you are unsure. For the record the dome you describe sounds like a tulip dome. Widex do 2 sizes of tulip dome. Regards, Paul
