“Works as described streaming TV audio to Signia Stretta hearing aids (and all Signia Nx models). I chose the digital optical cable to connect to my TV. The alternative connection is a phono cable (supplied). Please note that the latest TVs do not have a phono socket so an adapter will be required from the TV's audio out (e.g. 3.5mm stereo jack to phono, or purchase a cable with one end which matches the TV out (e.g. 3.5mm jack) and the other end phono plugs to attach to the Streamline TV.”
