“We bought two TV connectors. The first one came and we found it very difficult to connect, not the best instructions but once done it was excellent. We needed one for a TV in another room so we bought a second one. Strangely, as soon as we plugged it in it was working. They have made a tremendous difference to the enjoyment of the TV programs.”

“The connector is good and works well with the compatible hearing aids. The instructions to set up the device are very poor. They have one small piece of paper with diagrams showing how to connect the wires. At this point it is not working but has to be linked in to the TV. There is no instruction telling how to do this. We had to go on line and search for the relevant instructions. We found a U tube video with a Chinese man and subtitles that explained how to do it. Without this we would not have been able to connect the device. You need to improve this and make it simpler to install. Once installed it is good.”
