“There has always been a problem with these poorly designed tubes: the tube itself is too rigid, while being poorly contoured; the sports-lock spur is, conversely, too pliable when it should be springy enough to hold the tube and hearing aid securely. I should add that the veteran NHS audiologist I see on a regular basis volunteered the information, when I last saw him a few months ago, that a lot of his patients voice the same complaints.”

Hi Jonathan, we can only supply what ReSound manufacture, we haven't particularly had anyone else complaining about the tubes though. I guess the NHS audiologist would see more patients than we supply to? Regards, Paul
