“Had difficulty finding 2” dowel at length. Was told you guys always have everything, and yes you do. Items are perfect and will make beautiful displays.”
“Lovely wood, but three of the four dowels arrived damaged. Either they were bruised through poor handling in the depot or damaged in transit due to inadequate packaging. I managed to steam out the worst of the bruising by putting water on them and applying a hot iron. Hopefully my customer won't notice.”

Thank you for your review, We are sorry the dowels arrived like this. I have checked and replacements were offered for the damaged dowels. We are constantly looking to try and make all the parcels we send better packaged to avoid issues like yours.
