“It's great that all the items in this order (No. 1000998323, dated 18th June) were delivered within one week after the order being placed, the Sapele on 23rd June and the Ash on 25th June. BUT it is very disappointing that NONE of the items from order number 1000997932, placed on 9th June, has arrived yet and it will be three weeks tomorrow since that order was placed - and paid for. I appreciate that the website does warn of a 14 to 18 working day lead time but it was clearly possible to deliver the later of my two orders within 5 working days.
