“During the lockdown I've made a few chopping boards for family and friends. The olivewood slices from G&S are of a fantastic quality. The grain and pattern on each of the pieces are so beautiful. The shape and size is unique to each piece (you don't know what you'll get in advance) and so I've had some fantastic variety. It's rough sawn, as described, so it takes a bit of work to get a smooth finish, yet it's well worth it.”
