“Starting with the good -good quality dowels and nice finish and colour.
The not so good - I had expected all of these to be perfect - or at least without knots. 1 dowel had a knot top and bottom and was far from straight. Most of the others weren't engineering straight as I could tell once they were on a lathe but it was pretty marginal and certainly didn't cause any issues for my intended application.
Wouldn't hesitate to buy again but if the pickers could look out for the not great ones, that would be appreciated.”
