“I have recently purchased several pieces of this oak board. Unfortunately I had a defect in one board rendering it unusable for my project. I contacted G & S and sent an e-mail with pictures.
I received a reply next day apologising and a replacement board followed a few days later.This is a service which cannot be bettered and I shall continue to use G & S for my P.A.R timber.”
