“Item sent was not fit for purpose and on the phone they refused point blank to refund or replace. They were quite rude on the phone about the situation and they even had photos of the basswood I had received that was either not basswood or was certainly not suitable for carving. The reply was "sir, you just bought a piece of wood, wood is wood"!!!!
