“The candles were not individually boxed which was a big disappointment, as they were intended to be used as individual gifts. This was annoying as I had sent an email enquiry to ask first if they would be, and I was told they would be!”

Hi Michelle, Thanks for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that the candles did not arrive as expected. The candle bundle is usually made up of four candles and they are not in individual boxes but wrapped individually for their protection. “This is one of the best smelling candles I have ever purchased! I had a free offer last year where you pay postage and one of the things in thr pack was cosy cabin diffuser set. I loved it. When the candles were on offer a few months ago I bought 4 3 CC, and one citrus. Excellent product. I tend to light for an hour, 90 mins and blow out as the fragrance lasts. Superb”
