“It melts into your feet . I have restless legs and I'm not getting it as much. I do take other medication but having the added magnesium seems 20 help”

“I bought this balm as part of a bundle. For sleep, for me, not as good as the mist spray. However, i tend to get sore calvex when walking massaging the balm in every evening seems to have erradicated the pain. So mucjh so i have just started another tub.”
