“Contacted Grüum about these reed diffusers to return, they really don't work at all, had two reed diffusers open for a little over 2 months, they will not evaporate, throws zero fragrance. It's all of the reed diffusers effected by same problem, the formula is clearly very wrong. Faced with having to pay return postage myself and that will cost more than the refund from here in the Channel Islands. Today I made the decision to finally dispose of all three diffusers I had (One was given to friend who binned hers a while ago for same reason) A real shame because they were all still full. As I say, they refuse to evaporate and therefore do not work as a reed diffuser. Reformulation is desperately required. I think with a problem this bad Grüum should have covered the return P&P themselves.”
