I had when this came, just recently paid for the old handle and reordered blades for that and got this instead with the new blades. The old razor was great. I do not like this at all. I can imagine a lot of customers have turned to something else now, as I have. I now have a lovely razor handle I can’t put blades on and a flimsy piece of rubbish and blades I don’t like. I hardly see a win here on the recycling issue.

I am disappointed that my subscription was changed without warning. First I knew of it was when an ergo 2.0 razor pack arrived at my door. Not great customer communication. Admittedly the handle is a vast improvement on previous razors. But the blades. Oh dear! Maybe I have been unlucky, but have used 4 blades so far. All have given a rough shave, the nose trimmer constantly nicks the skin and on a couple of the blades the lubricating strip has fallen off after a couple of uses. I may persevere a little while longer, but so far I am definitely not impressed with the ergo 2.0

I liked the old style razor! The new style is not as good; it is lightweight without the heft of the previous version. So Harry it is, with regret.

The razors do not work anywhere near as well as the nornal gillette razor blades i use. Extremely disappointed and will not be using again.

I have been a customer of Gruum for many years. I ordered the new razor and pack in December, but it didn't arrive, and I was constantly speaking with customer service to try to resolve the issue. I was left with a sour taste, to be honest. I was made to wait until January before customer service finally agreed that the package was lost in transit and sent me a replacement. Why I had to exchange messages constantly to have my order replaced was beyond me. It was clear I was a regular customer, never had an issue before and was politely asking for my order to be resent, I shouldn't of had to wait nearly 6 weeks. I obviously need to shave, so over the 6 weeks of trying to resolve the issue with you, I ordered from Harry's. I am going to try them now, as I thought, for one small reorder, being a customer for many years, I would be treated with a little more respect and consideration. I am old school and a loyal person, I will stick with a company if I get the service I need (which is not much to be fair) but I feel like the first problem I ever had and me asking polietly for the order I had paid for, I wasn't really valued the way I would expect, so likely will now not order again. Apart from that, I had many happy, unproblematic years with Gruum, so thank you for that and good luck!

I bought this to replace the original Gruum razor. This new one seems to be far inferior and very cheap feeling. All plastic. The metal one I had before was much better, but I guess more expensive to produce. Sadly it has been discontinued and replacement blades are unavailable
