“I got this tiny little bottle free with a promotion and im shocked at the 2 low star reviews. I love it!! I almost didn't want to leave a review incase it got popular and the price went up! I would love a larger bottle option but I'm only on day 2 of trying this and I'm pretty happy for now. The moisturiser leaves my skin super soft and thats with and without using the face wash bar. Tonight I used the face wash which will get its own review, so far , I love that too!! There is no graininess to the bottle I have, its super smooth and soft. The smell is hard to describe, it's a mix between e45 cream and nivea i guess. Not an amazing smell but im not using it to make my face smell nice. Overall I love it and I will be buying one once this one runs out!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“I am a Loyal grümm customer, I love their natural and cruelty free products and use a lot of them daily, so do my family and friends. But This product is so grainy? I’m genuinely thinking they accidentally put an exfoliator in my bottle by accident. Every time I apply it, it’s like rubbing in sand and it dries down so much that it makes my skin feel even drier and flakier. I have no clue why this is happening but I’m really disappointed with this.”

“To me this smells horrible, I tried a little on my hand to see what it was like and although it seems to be a nice moisturizer I had to wash it off my hand as the smell was quite strong reminded me of an old Auntie. I'll pass on this one - it's a shame as the product without the overpowering smell would be lovely.”
