“This is a fabulous lip balm/conditioner. It is in a glass bottle with a metal roller ball for application. It goes on with just the right amount but you can roll again if you want more. It feels lovely, isn't sticky and, I think my lips look and feel beautiful. Great company with fabulous products.”
