“The Pure Focus roller has a fresh scent and works well as part of a focus ritual. I tend to apply it before starting work, and over time that habit seems to help signal “focus mode.” The conditioning aspect feels more useful than expecting any immediate effect from the scent alone. I’d say this kind of product is best used responsibly — alongside good sleep, movement, and a balanced lifestyle. When combined with those, it can contribute to a noticeable improvement. Compact and practical to keep on a desk or in a bag.”
