“Energy Boost is refreshing and works well as a quick reset during the day. I’ve found that using it as part of a consistent routine — like stepping away briefly and applying it — creates a small ritual that seems to build a conditioned response over time. I don’t see it as a replacement for proper rest, exercise, or good nutrition, but when used alongside those things, it can contribute to a subtle but positive lift. Easy to use, portable, and a good addition to a broader wellbeing routine.”
