The fragrance itself is subtle and pleasant, not overpowering. That said, I think products like this work best alongside an active lifestyle, healthy diet, and regular social interaction. On their own, the effects are likely to be limited, but as part of a broader routine, I’ve noticed a positive difference. Convenient size and easy to carry.”

“I love the Inner Calm Pulse Point Roller and have used it every day since I bought it. It has a lovely smell and is, as the name suggests, very calming. I like the metal roller ball, very smooth and easy to apply. Handy size bottle to carry around. Would also make lovely little gifts.”
