“I found the website easy to use,and the delivery time excellent. I ordered 2 of the same product, one for me and one for a friend for Christmas. (lip conditioner) I love the product, but my friend was practically raving about it she was that delighted with it. Also ordered myself a deordorant which I find to be really good. I will be using the website again at some point.”

“After a 10 day wait I received the wrong item, on Saturday 14th I emailed their customer service asking them to correct the order in time for Christmas and now on Thursday 19th have still not received a response. I have also tried submitting a request via their portal and also no response. I have been a regular customer for a couple of years now and I even have a subscription so this is VERY disappointing, I expected better, more efficient customer service.”

“I used to be a big fan of Lush, but stopped using them when I discovered Gruum. Love the ethos of the company. Adore the shampoos, roller perfumes and skin care. The gift sets make excellent presents; have bought several so far. Find them very hard to give away. So I usually end up buying two, so that I can keep one myself!”

“First off - the price is incredible for what you get! The lip conditioners are great and work to soften the lips, though they absorb quickly so you have to reapply often. Not a problem for me as I reapply lip balms very often anyways. The cranberry one is the most softening and nourishing - love it. The peppermint is very tingly which some people might not like. Also, it tastes rather unpleasant when you accidentally get it in your mouth but overall it’s a great set, perfect for the cold months ❄️”
