“I sadly had an allergic reaction to this with lip swelling so had to quickly wash it off and take antihistamines. I have also purchased the cranberry lip conditioner which is very good and would highly recommend that.”

This lip conditioner does contain Plumping Active and the active ingredients can cause a tingling sensation in the lips.
