“I bought two advent calendars, one for me and one for my sister. Ordering was very easy and problem free. It was an advance order so I knew it would take a while to arrive. On this, I do have to say that the communication about the order wasn't great and I felt I had to get in touch to check it would arrive before 1st December. However, the response my enquiry was swift and helpful. The advent calendar itself is fab, fantastic quality and amazing value for money. All the products are brilliant and mostly full size. Not all are for me but I plan to regift the ones I won't use, which are lovely items and will make really nice presents.”

“I've been ordering and using ( my wife and I) gruum products for a while. They have all been very good. I ordered the advent calender as a nice surprise for my wife. She loved it, but as she opened more and more of the doors of the calender. We found that there have so far ( 3 doors left ) that there have been no shampoo bars or body wash bars but lots of facial products.... which even I have to admit is a bit disappointing....”
