“Whilst the advent calendar was OK. What an anticlimax on the last day. I bought 4 for my daughters. Thankfully we all had a good laugh at the shaving bar, buy honestly won't buy again.”

“Hi! I don’t usually write reviews like this, but after being contacted several times for feedback, I thought I’d share my experience. I’ve been a fan of Gruum since I first discovered the brand, and your products really helped me transition away from plastic bottles for my hygiene and beauty routine. I’ve been using your shampoo, conditioner, face wash, and more, and I love what the brand stands for. While the price can be a bit high for me, I always make sure to stock up when there’s a sale, discount, or free sample offer. This Christmas, I treated myself to the advent calendar as a gift, since I’m such a fan of Gruum and thought the price point of £50 was reasonable. However, when I opened it, I quickly understood why it was priced so low. Many of the items seemed to be overstock or lesser-known products that I wouldn’t normally buy. There were no haircare items, which I would have loved, and a lot of products that felt like b-sides—duplicates like two massage bars and two wax melts, for example. I was really excited for the calendar, but I ended up feeling underwhelmed by the selection. In fact, I ended up gifting most of the products to others since I didn’t find them useful. Based on this experience, I don’t think I’ll be purchasing another advent calendar next Christmas.”

“Was a very nice gift my wife, she loved it. I was a bit disappointed that it was alot of face care products and no shampoo or soaps included. For the price I did think there would have been one or two soaps and a shampoo bar included. Maybe this could be included for next years advent calender..”
