“Brilliant product.. melts in your hand and makes skin so soft. Minus 1 star as the box fell apart rather quickly! But lovely product.”

We’re really pleased it’s working well for you. Regarding the packaging, the cardboard box is designed for transport and storage before first use, but it isn’t intended to be used as a long-term container once the balm has been opened and exposed to moisture.
