“The skin on my shins was paper thin and tore very easily, probably due to sun damage years ago. However, I read that pumpkin seed oil is good at restoring thin skin, so I tried it and it's worked. My skin feels much healthier now, and coincidentally I caught my shin on the corner of my husband's car through my jeans this morning, which in the past would have torn the skin and covered my jeans in blood. It didn't even graze the skin. I'm amazed!”
