Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I am sorry to hear that the selvä Brightening Face Wash Bar didn't work as expected. It should lather, but its a very light, creamy lather so it does not strip and dry the skin. We also do a kyra Gentle Face Wash in liquid form which creates more of a lather than the bar if you prefer more of a lather. “My Gruum package was swiftly received via Vodafone. I love the bar cleanser, which keeps my skin soft The bar moisturuser I found crumbled easily but was better for night use. I thought the masks were not suitable for my aging skin type. I'm still to use the serum and body wash, but looking forward to it as the products are of good quality. Thank you”
