Hi Su, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I am sorry to hear that the Kyra Gentle Face Wash Bar didn't work as expected. It is a very light, creamy lather so it does not strip and dry the skin. We also do a kyra Gentle Face Wash in liquid form which creates more of a lather than the bar if you prefer this. “Lovely quality bar of soap, feels clean and fresh after use. Not too fragrant and just the right amount of lather to produce a decent all round face wash. Would recommend to anyone looking for something new and fresh to clean their face especially if you have sensitive skin.”

“I can’t praise your products highly enough. They all do an amazing job at what they are supposed to do and my skin has never felt so good top to toe. The face wash bar I use is like magic, leaving face sparkling clean and soft, no dryness and no stinging eyes! Thank you Gruum team”

“This product does not foam. You can't tell if you have any on your hands or not, so washing your face with the bar, it feels like you have nothing but water on your face. Would not buy again or recommend”
